I have a question for you today and it is this: what is your life path? Do you know? Do you know where you’re going? I sound like the song!
But seriously do you know where you’re going, do you know what you want your life to look like, what you see yourself doing when you’re 30, 40, 50, 60, depending on what age you are now. How do you see your life panning out?
And this is not just in terms of what you do for work, this is in terms of the sort of friendships you have, of the kind of social activities you like to do, of the kinds of cultural activities you like to do. What are your interests, what interests would you like to develop further. This is what life is made up of, right?
So do you know? Do you know what you want to fill your life with? Do you know where you want your life to lead you and what you want to do with the days that are given to you? It is very critical.
A lot of people have a game plan for their work or their career or their financial situation, and because they’re so involved in all the calculations that go with figuring out all of this, the big picture is very frequently left out of the equation.
It’s not a good idea to leave the big picture out of the equation because all the rest of the things that I just described actually go towards making up your entire life and therefore they go towards making up how satisfied you are at the end of the day with your life. And we can encompass all of that in the term life path.
Where are you going?
It is better for you if you know the answer to this sooner rather than later.
